We went down, down, down, down the mountain and discovered a trail alongside a flowing stream. There were several vegetable gardens along the way, that the locals had planted, far from homes, places for the Italian people in the small town of Colle di Val d' Elsa to come and work in the most peaceful and relaxing of ways.
