Our family life in the tropics. Lots of music, art, gardening, cooking, traveling, ponderings, and joy. Creating memories, traditions
and hopefully some humor. Trying to give back as well.

a day in the rainforest

We took our new friends on a hike a few weeks ago.  After some gorgeous scenery we came to a waterfall that I talked about in my first post.  All the kids and our friend Andrew braved the cold water and swam under the falls, swimming from a Tarzan-like rope.  There were some crazy brave young people jumping from about twenty five feet into the water.  Gave us quite a show!
It was an exquisite day, perfect weather -- we all had so much fun.  We miss you guys!  They are now back in snowy Europe!
