corner view~change

After three years of home schooling the girls, all three of our kids are now going to school. Today was the first day they all went. We are getting the hang of things, gradually. A new routine. Homework time after school. And getting used to new people, new teachers, new buildings, new schedules.

We are home from our summer trip, but not living at our house now. We move back tomorrow! Can't wait!!

Change is growthful. Change is good.

Here in the states, often home-schooled children are ahead of their peers when they come to public school ---that's because we have special ed and learning disability students in with middle to high achievers---it's called inclusion. The teacher has to meet the need of the lowest to the hightest in 50 minutes in a room filled with 27 kids! This year in my biggest class with the most special needs, I have an intervention specialist who will help immensely. Thank you, God!
